James Wackerman joined Savran Benson LLP in February of 2023, as a part-time Tax Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wackerman held an internship at John A. Steer Co., a customs broker based in Philadelphia, where he prepared customs entries required to clear freight through US Customs. Mr. Wackerman also held an internship at Cordasco Financial Network, a wealth management firm in Philadelphia, where he fulfilled a variety of functions including portfolio management.

Mr. Wackerman graduated from Drexel University in December 2022, with a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He is currently enrolled at St. Joseph’s University, pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Accounting.

James resides in Manayunk and enjoys spending his time running, surfing, practicing guitar and painting.
